I am an experienced licensed real estate agent who specializes in the purchase and sale of land for real estate, commercial and industrial projects and commercial properties in the Republic of Panama, more specifically central provinces: Coclé, Veraguas, Los Santos and Herrera.
Born in Santiago de Veraguas, into a family of educators who instilled values and ethics in her. She graduated with high academic scores since childhood, a fact that gave her the opportunity to study through scholarships for outstanding scores even during her university period.
Having achieved her bachelor's degree in administration and marketing, she decides to fulfill her next dream: studying a master's degree abroad. After years of saving and preparing to be admitted to the university's master's program, she finally gains admission to study a master's degree at the University of Nebraska in the United States. Through an application, the university also grants her an internship which helps her pay for her university studies.
During her professional internship in the United States, working for Paypal at the Nebraska headquarters, she had the opportunity to meet none other than Peter Thiel and Elon Musk at an informal meeting.
Upon returning to her beloved Panama, she held various positions in Sales Management, Administration, Marketing, International Business Development, General Management and as director in different companies, mainly Real Estate. This experience allowed her to meet high-profile investors.
Finally, she decided to take off as an independent broker and founded Top Investments Panama. With many challenges, Liseika has achieved resounding success with million-dollar sales.
Currently, Liseika has her license as a real estate broker. Located in Penonomé, Coclé specializes in what it is most passionate about: the sale and purchase of land for projects of various kinds (Tourist, Industrial, Commercial, Neighborhoods, etc.) and commercial properties in central provinces: Coclé, Veraguas, Los Santos and Herrera.
Its mission is that, by being the connection for new investments in Panama, it can bring prosperity to the country with new opportunities for its countrymen and thus improve the standard of living of the neediest areas of the community in which she works.
