I am an experienced, licensed real estate agent specializing in the purchase and sale of land for residential, commercial, and industrial developments, as well as commercial properties across the Republic of Panama—specifically focusing on the central provinces: Coclé, Veraguas, Los Santos, and Herrera.
Born in Santiago de Veraguas into a family of educators who instilled strong values and ethics in her, she maintained top academic honors from an early age. This outstanding performance earned her merit-based scholarships throughout her youth and university years.
After earning her bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing, she set out to achieve her next dream: pursuing a master's degree abroad. Following years of saving and preparing for the competitive admissions process, she accepted an offer to study for her master's degree at the University of Nebraska in the United States. Upon applying, the university also granted her a graduate assistantship, which helped fund her studies.
During her professional internship in the United States, while working at PayPal's Nebraska headquarters, she had the opportunity to meet none other than Peter Thiel and Elon Musk during an informal meeting.
Upon returning to her beloved Panama, she held various leadership roles, including Sales Management, Administration, Marketing, International Business Development, General Management, and Director positions across several companies, primarily within the Real Estate sector. This extensive background allowed her to connect with high-profile investors.
Ultimately, she decided to branch out as an independent broker and founded Top Investments Panamá. Overcoming numerous challenges, Liseika has achieved resounding success, driving millions of dollars in sales volume.
Today, Liseika holds her official real estate broker license. Based in Penonomé, Coclé, she specializes in her true passion: the purchase and sale of land for diverse developments (tourism, industrial, commercial, residential housing, etc.) and commercial properties across the central provinces of Coclé, Veraguas, Los Santos, and Herrera.
Her mission is to serve as the bridge for new investments in Panama, bringing prosperity to the country through new opportunities for her fellow citizens, thereby elevating the standard of living in the community's most underserved areas.

My real estate career began during Panama's property boom in 2005. Since then, I have generated millions in sales for various companies and, more recently, through my own firm, Top Investments Panamá. These successful closings directly translate into prime opportunities for investors to develop highly profitable business ventures.
